“I purchased a Kyosho lamborghini nitro boat from Morley Model Centre as a Christmas present ‘from my wife’. It was something I have wanted from being a child watching model boats on Bradford Moor park lake. Having been an avid aero modeller in the 1970's and 1980's I gave it up due to work commitments so you could say that I was starting over again ! Gary (Marsden) at Morley Model Centre was very helpful, his advice, great prices and vast choices in what looks like a very small shop from the outside, are amazing!
I was going to buy from an unknown internet supplier but would recommend going to speak with GARY as you will get a much better deal, sound advice, and the reassurance of buying from a reputable business.
The boat has only been used once so far.....not run in but has caused mayhem on YEADON TARN !! Hope that the ducks are not too upset and the gent in the sailing dinghy was not too surprised as the yellow peril raced past him !! I forgot what I had been missing all theses years !!
